Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

By registering an Account on hud4d, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. hud4d does not permit access or registration by any individual under the age of 21, regardless of the minimum legal gambling age that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Corporate, institutional, and syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location before doing so.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of hud4d, any of its affiliated entities, or any game supplier whose products appear on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform. Circumventing a prior exclusion or ban by registering a new account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All funds deposited to your Account must originate from financial instruments — bank accounts, debit cards, or e-wallets — registered in your own name.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended without notice, and all Balances and Bonus Funds held in those Accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are obligated to notify hud4d promptly if any of this information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account suspension.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. hud4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hud4d immediately via the support email if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hud4d may request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Required documents typically include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. hud4d is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hud4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. hud4d does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any payment method not listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier interface at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Maximum transaction and daily/monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts and are set at hud4d's discretion based on the Account's verification status and activity history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. The majority of withdrawal requests submitted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal request has been flagged for additional compliance review. hud4d does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your Account, the associated wagering requirement must be fully met before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• hud4d reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of source of funds — before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as determined by hud4d's compliance team.
• Deposits that have not generated any betting activity may be subject to an administrative review prior to withdrawal.

4.5 Fees

hud4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on transactions processed through the standard local banking and e-wallet channels listed on the Platform. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees or charges; hud4d is not responsible for such fees and recommends that Players review the applicable terms of their payment provider before initiating transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits offered by hud4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the matters they address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only; real-money deposits remain withdrawable at any time, subject to Section 4.4. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in real time within the Account dashboard.

5.3 Eligible Games and Minimum Odds

Not all games or betting markets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, scratch cards, and certain progressive jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. For sports betting bonuses, bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms will not count toward the wagering requirement. Full game and market contribution tables are published within each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.5 Prohibited Bonus Activity

hud4d maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities — individually or in combination — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, the cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets that collectively guarantee a risk-free return on bonus funds ("bonus hedging" or "bonus arbing").
• Placing bets exclusively on outcomes with near-certain results (e.g., heavy favorites in markets with minimal variance) purely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets on the Platform.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time

Unless a promotion explicitly permits the combination of offers, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before an existing bonus has been fully wagered or expired may, at hud4d's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

hud4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. This right extends to situations where hud4d suspects the bet is part of a coordinated strategy intended to exploit platform vulnerabilities, where the bet is placed after an event has concluded, or where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds.

6.2 Palpable Errors

Any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether resulting from a technical malfunction, a data feed error, or a human input error — will be voided by hud4d and the stake returned to the Player's Account. hud4d shall not be obligated to honor winnings derived from palpably incorrect odds, regardless of the outcome of the event in question.

6.3 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

Football (bandar bola — Indonesian football bookmaker market) betting, including Asian handicap, voor bola (Indonesian handicap betting), and mix parlay (accumulator) wagering, is governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rule set.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino products, by physical dealing and spinning outcomes captured on camera. hud4d publishes the verified Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. Certified RTP figures represent the long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual game session.

6.5 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on hud4d are operated with published odds and transparent draw results. All togel draw results are recorded and accessible to players via their betting history. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw result being published.

6.6 Disconnection and Technical Faults

If a Player's connection is interrupted during an active game session or live bet, hud4d's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve any open bets according to the relevant rules. In cases where the game state cannot be accurately determined due to a server-side fault, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. hud4d is not liable for losses caused by a Player's own internet connectivity issues.

Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Suspension by hud4d

hud4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Use of automated software, artificial intelligence, or scripted tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Behavior that hud4d's compliance team reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction.

7.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon Account suspension, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation. Where a suspension arises from confirmed fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse, hud4d reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, subject to applicable law. Where a suspension is later found to have been made in error, any withheld funds will be returned in full.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting hud4d's support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable on voluntary closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

hud4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and resources needed to keep gambling enjoyable and within personal limits. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they can lose in a defined period. These limits cannot be increased within the same period once set.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time reminders that display a notification after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be activated by the Player at any time. During a cooling-off period, login and betting access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect permanent Self-Exclusion, which irrevocably closes the Account and prevents future registration. hud4d strongly encourages any Player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic to contact support immediately.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to the hud4d brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, data compilations, editorial content, and marketing materials — are the exclusive property of hud4d or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms confers upon you any right, title, or interest in any hud4d intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; scrape, frame, or mirror any Platform content; or use the Platform in any manner that could damage its reputation or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

hud4d provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, and third-party service interruptions may periodically affect Platform availability. hud4d will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hud4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if hud4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability

Where hud4d is found liable to you under any applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract, hud4d's aggregate liability for all claims arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility

You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. hud4d is not responsible for any financial loss, tax liability, or legal consequence arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before accessing hud4d.

Privacy & Data Protection

hud4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hud4d implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures are periodically reviewed and updated in line with evolving security standards.

hud4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention platforms — strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfill our legal obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hud4d is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

12.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and hud4d arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or any bet or game played on the Platform, you agree to first contact hud4d's support team at [email protected] and provide a full written description of the dispute. hud4d will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of hud4d's first acknowledgment, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted by a recognized international arbitration institution, in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties. You waive any right to pursue the dispute in a court of law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.4 Individual Claims Only

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You may not participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against hud4d. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may hold that cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

hud4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hud4d will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their Account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 7.3. Access to the Platform is conditional on acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms was published. We recommend that Players review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
